For activities delivered under the REPS 2, we may disclose limited personal information to Services Australia, where required, for the purpose of confirming Priority Group Household status using Centrelink Confirmation eServices (CCeS).
Personal information, including information obtained through CCeS, will not be disclosed to third parties unless you have provided informed consent, or disclosure is authorised or required by law.
You may withdraw your consent at any time. If consent is withdrawn, we will immediately stop using CCeS and, where applicable, stop disclosing your information to third parties.
For activities delivered under the REPS 2, if you are affected by family violence, you may choose to use a pseudonym or not identify yourself when engaging with Demand Manager, to the extent permitted by law and scheme requirements. We will take reasonable steps to support your safety and privacy.

Should Demand Manager become aware of a data breach or loss, then Demand Manager will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter to reduce risk and harm, and to minimise the chance of future occurrences.
