It is a new company established to help NSW businesses, councils and government agencies make practical gains in energy and water efficiency by helping to connect with the various state and federal demand management programs. |
About Jeff Bye
Jeff Bye, BE MEEM Dip Eng Prac, is the founding Director of Demand Manager. Prior to starting Demand Manager, Jeff worked with the NSW Department of Energy, Utilities and Sustainability (DEUS) and its predecessor, the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) since 1998. Jeff also participated in an international placement with the UK's Energy Savings Trust in 2001.
Whilst working in the public sector, Jeff was responsible for spearheading the success of energy efficiency programs such as the Energy Smart Business and Government Programs and running the Demand Management Business Unit. Jeff was also heavily involved in the development of the new Energy and Water Savings initiatives.
Jeff worked closely with all the major government programs listed here and has intimate knowledge of the terms, conditions, eligibility criteria and application processes for each.
